Pay close attention to the name of your sign requests before sending. To rename a sign request after sending, you will have to cancel the sign request if it has not been completed or edit and resend the sign request if it has been completed.
To rename a sign request:
- Go to Sign Requests.
- Search for and click the sign request you want to rename.
- Hover over or click the ellipses (three dots) icon appearing next to the sign request.
- Select “Rename.”
- Alternatively, open the sign request and edit the name in the header of the editor.
- You can also rename a sign request on the review page prior to sending.
