Reusable/linked fields are used when the same information appears on a document in several places, but you only want signers to have to enter it once.

To make a field reusable:

  1. Go to the field attributes menu.
  2. Toggle “Reuse/link” on or off as desired.
  3. Label the field to make it easy to identify when adding it to a document or form.

To reuse the field:

  1. Go to the add field menu.
  2. Place the field on your document or form as many times as needed.
