When forms are enabled, you can move fields between steps using the attributes menu.
To move a field between steps:
- Go to Sign Requests or Templates as applicable.
- Search for and select the sign request or template you want to edit.
- Click the form icon (third from the left) in the header. If you see a document icon instead, then you’re already in the form/checklist editor view and can go to the next step.
- Add steps if you haven’t already.
- Click the step with the field you want to move.
- Click the field to view field attributes.
- Hover over or click the currently assigned step.
- Change the step assignment as desired.
