When forms are enabled, you can move fields between steps using the attributes menu.

To move a field between steps:

  1. Go to Sign Requests or Templates as applicable.
  2. Search for and select the sign request or template you want to edit.
  3. Click the form icon (third from the left) in the header. If you see a document icon instead, then you’re already in the form/checklist editor view and can go to the next step.
  4. Add steps if you haven’t already.
  5. Click the step with the field you want to move.
  6. Click the field to view field attributes.
  7. Hover over or click the currently assigned step.
  8. Change the step assignment as desired.
