To add a team:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select teams.

3. Click add team.

4. Enter team name.

5. Select parent team if applicable.

   <aside> ❕ If you select a parent team, then users belonging to the parent team will see the requests belonging to the dependent teams, but not the other way around. For example, if Team B is nested under Team A, then users belonging to Team A will see requests belonging to team A and B, whereas users belonging to Team B will see only Team B requests.

6. Save and exit.

To edit a team:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select teams.
3. Select the team you wish to edit.
4. Make the necessary edits.
5. Save and exit.

To delete a team:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select teams.

3. Select the team you wish to delete.

4. Click delete.

5. Confirm deletion (if there are any team members associated with the team).

   <aside> ❕ When a team with team members is deleted, those team members will lose access to one another’s requests. The action cannot be undone, but you can later recreate the team from scratch by creating a new team and adding back its members.
