The following describes the terms of service which apply to participation in the $IGN Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”).
If you participate in the Rewards Program, you agree to these terms.
The Reward Program is only available to Signinc account holders.
Account holders may refer friends, colleagues, family members, and anyone else they believe may be interested in the services offered by Signinc (the “Eligible Recipients”).
For each Eligible Recipient who creates a Signinc account and purchases credits within 120 days after creating the account, Signinc will: (a) award a point to the Eligible Recipient for every dollar spent by the Eligible Recipient, (b) award a point to the person who referred the Eligible Recipient (the ”Referrer”) for every dollar spent by the Eligible Recipient, (c) award a point to the person who referred the Referrer (the “Second Degree Referrer”), if applicable, for every dollar spent by the Eligible Recipient, (d) award a point to the person who referred the Second Degree Referrer (the “Third Degree Referrer”), if applicable, for every dollar spent by the Eligible Recipient, and (e) award a point to the person who referred the Third Degree Referrer (the “Fourth Degree Referrer”), if applicable, for every dollar spent by the Eligible Recipient. Points will only be awarded an Eligible Recipient uses the unique reward link provided by the Referrer to create an account.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in soliciting referrals. Further, each person you send your reward link to, whether through us or otherwise, must be someone you have a direct, personal or business relationship with. If you publish your reward link, direct personal or business relationships shall include anyone accessing your reward link by subscribing to or accessing material published by you, provided that we have authorized the material being published and you have the right to publish such material wherever it is being published. Any distribution of a reward link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam,” any content which impersonates or implies an affiliation with or endorsement by Signinc, or any actions which otherwise violate any terms or conditions imposed by Signinc, or that Signinc determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent in nature, are prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination from the Rewards Program and forfeiture of all of your reward points and any proceeds of any sales related thereto.
We cannot disclose to you any information about accounts opened by any Eligible Recipients you refer to us, except that participation in the Reward Program serves as a one-time, limited waiver of privacy rights by both you and Eligible Recipients, pursuant to which each may become aware that the other has an account relationship with Signinc and referrers may become aware of the amount spent by Eligible Recipients for purposes of tracking reward eligibility.
There is no limit to how many points can be earned through referrals, but in no event will any person be entitled to receive more than 100,000 in cumulative reward points from direct purchases.
You agree that your activities will be limited to referring potential customers, so they may independently decide whether to sign up. You may not collect information from Eligible Recipients in connection with the Reward Program, assist with creating an account, or discuss specific product terms and conditions with them.
Your participation in the Rewards Program is solely as an independent contractor. Neither you nor we intend to establish an employment relationship, and you are not entitled to any benefits.
We reserve the right to temporarily, or permanently modify or discontinue the Reward Program at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice to you.
