By proceeding and signing this document, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure (“Esign Disclosure” or “Disclosure”) and consent to use electronic signatures and receive notices, disclosures, statements, and other communications ("Communications") electronically.
You consent to use electronic signatures and receive all Communications electronically from the party (the “Sending Party”) using this electronic signature service over the course of your relationship with the Sending Party, whether through this electronic signature service or otherwise.
To access, view, and retain Communications, you must have a device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) with a current operating system and reliable internet access, a compatible web browser (e.g., the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer 11), a valid email account and the ability to access your email, software to view and download PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a printer or storage device to retain paper or electronic copies.
Communications sent to you through this electronic signature service can be downloaded and printed during the signing process. You may also request a paper copy of any Communication, whether sent through this electronic agreement service or otherwise, by contacting the Sending Party directly as described below. In your request, specify the Communication that you would like to receive and your current mailing address. The Sending Party may charge you a fee for paper copies.
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications from the Sending Party electronically at any time by contacting the Sending Party directly as described below.
To request paper copies of Communications from the Sending Party, or withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications from the Sending Party, contact the Sending Party by telephone, postal mail or at the email address that was used to send you the Communication.
