Conditions are used to hide or display a fields based on responses to one or more other fields.

To add or edit field conditions:

1. Go to the field attributes menu.
2. Click “Conditions.”
3. In the header, specify whether you want any or all of the conditions you enter to be met and whether you want the field to be hidden or displayed.
4. Using the first dropdown menu below the header, select the field you want to the current field to be conditioned upon.
5. Using the second dropdown menu below the header, select the condition (i.e., is, is not, is filled, or is blank).
6. Using the third dropdown menu below the header, which appears only if the “is” or “is not” conditions are selected, enter or select the conditional response that must be provided.
7. Click “Add another condition” to add more conditions as needed.
8. Save your changes.
