To download a sign request:

1. Go to Sign Requests.
2. Search for the sign request you want to download.
3. Hover over the ellipsis (three dots) icon appearing next to the sign request.
4. Select “Download.”
5. You will then see a list of documents associated with the sign request. To download all documents, hover over the ellipsis (three dots) icon appearing at the top of the page and select “Download all.” Alternatively, to download one or more documents separately, hover over the ellipsis (three dots) icon appearing next to each document you want to download.
