To delete a participant:

  1. Go to Sign Requests.
  2. Search for and select the sign request you want to edit.
  3. Click the participant (person) icon in the header of the sign request editor.
  4. Click the delete (trash) icon next to the participant you want to delete. Depending on the device you’re using, you may need to hover over the participant to see the delete icon.
  5. If fields have already been assigned to the participant you want to delete, you will see a warning message. Confirm deletion if you want to continue.
  6. Save your changes.
