To delete documents from a sign request or template:
- Go to Sign Requests or Templates as applicable.
- Search for and select the sign request or template you want to edit.
- Click the upload icon in the header of the sign request / template editor.
- Click the delete (“x”) icon next to the document(s) you want to delete. Depending on the device you’re using, you may need to hover over the participant to see the delete icon.
- If fields have already been added to the document(s) you want to delete, you will see a warning message. Confirm deletion if you wish to continue.
- Save your changes.
