To customize the email subject and message for a draft or inactive template:
- Go to Templates.
- Search for and select the template you want to edit.
- Click “Review” or, if you are on a mobile device, click the activate (power) icon.
- Edit the email subject and/or message as applicable.
- Activate the template or close the editor and activate your edits later.
To manage custom callback URLs for an active template:
- Go to Templates.
- Search for the template you want to edit.
- Hover over the ellipsis (three dots) icon appearing next to the template.
- Click “Edit.” The template can still be used in its active state while edits are being made.
- Click “Review” or, if you are on a mobile device, click the activate (power) icon.
- Edit the email subject and/or message as applicable.
- Activate your edits or close the editor and activate later.
