Use of the Services is subject to this acceptable use policy (the “Acceptable Use Policy”). Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in our Terms of Service.
You agree not to, and not to allow third parties or your End Users to, use the Services:
- to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
- to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity;
- if you are subject to any U.S. export controls or trade sanctions and located in or acting on behalf of restricted countries, entities, or individuals as defined by U.S. law;
- for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme or impersonating someone else);
- to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
- to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers or other authorized users;
- to copy, modify, or create a derivative work of the Services;
- to reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract any or all of the source code of, the Services (except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law);
- to access content from the Services in violation of the machine-readable instructions on our web pages (for example, robots.txt files that disallow crawling, training, or other activities);
- to sell, resell, sublicense, transfer, or distribute any or all of the Services;
- to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
- to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisings or other solicitations (“spam”); or
- to take any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by us at our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
